Position: Sr Marketing Specialist End Client : One of the leading Qatari group deal in Retails store with online platform Experience Range : 5+ years Location : Doha Job Role The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible to plan, organize, direct, control, and provide the leadership to achieve the company’s short and long-term marketing objectives. Responsible for supporting the planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies and also the development and execution of marketing communications and digital content, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), etc. Analyzes and reports sales versus forecast to CEO for all revenue streams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in content development, optimization, advertising, events planning etc.. Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns Develop and implement a timetable of events and promotions in support of a brand plan/campaign in order to maximize consumer brand awareness and ensure that campaigns are completed within defined timescales. Understanding and developing budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Works with Key stakeholders to develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction. Research the market, analyze trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy, and set Marketing short term and long term strategy. Development and implementation of the Brand strategy and marketing strategy for new and existing products. Provides monthly analytic reports of sales versus forecast with recommendations specific to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and driving and optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM opportunity. Prepares and sets Annual Marketing Calendar for all revenue streams to align content publication, promotions and marketing compaigns with key dates that are important to business and Marketing strategy. Skills QUALIFICATIONSBachelor or Masters degree in Marketing5 - 7 years experience in Marketing preferably in the Retail sector.Experience in web and mobile applications environment and understanding of content management systems.Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
