Cancios Restaurant was founded in 1990 as EDEM-C. Originally situated in Lipa City, Batangas Philippines; now, rebrand as Cancios Restaurant, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The concept was simply to create a cozy environment that was well suited to have a great conversation and serve quality freshly cooked food with our own twisted recipe. After years of fine-tuning, product development, and loads of hard work, we have what you see today. In UAE, we were able to establish a branch located in the heart of Dubai. We are the first to introduce the Mexican cuisine aside from the Filipino cuisine with a twist of international recipe in one menu. We offer a stimulating atmosphere with lots of conversation pieces on the walls. We are defined as a main stream casual dining restaurant serving excellent quality, freshly cooked meals with catering services that caters to the community and local businesses. We provide friendly, attentive service in a relaxed environment by staff and owners that truly enjoy their job. We pride ourselves on inspirational cuisine as well as providing a fresh twist on some old favorites. All of our food must meet rigorous requirements, which ensure only freshest, cleanest, and most delicious food reach your table. We are on casual dining and not fast food but we serve as fast as we can while maintaining the quality and freshness of the food we serve. We offer delivery throughout the city seven days a week, provide take-out, fast pick-up and on-site catering in addition to full table service. The overall Cancio’s is a soft, clean, contemporary casual dining look. Our image is a reflection of today’s consumer needs and the change in current styles. We are very proud to say that after two+ decades of serving great food, our company still owned and operated by the same founding family.
