We have been the first local company in U.A.E. to introduce post-tensioning construction to the extent which is known today in the local construction market, through our cooperation with M/s Meinhardt of Australia. A number of projects today have been executed using this state of the Art technology under our supervision.

New advanced technology and computer services are being used by Al Hashemi since 1985. Infact, Al Hashemi has been the first Company in Dubai to make project designs fully in AutoCAD. Constant upgrading of staff members through seminars, workshops and short courses is the standing order of the Management of the company.

With total of 24 experienced draftsman working on AutoCAD and Micro-station, and more than 60 engineers and architects who are all computer literate we can involve other workforce from our associated firms.
