Foot Massage offers relief from stress, pain, toxicity, and emotional tension through foot massages that can last thirty-minutes, one hour or ninety minutes by applying finger and thumb pressure to the feet and hands.  

The genuine reflexology is the application of pressure onto particular areas of the soles of the feet. A reflex action in another part of the body is stimulated by the manipulation of each specific area. Unlike other massages that use thumbs, palms, hands, elbow, knee, and foot, foot reflexology massage uses hands, fingers and a wood stick with cream and oil. 

On the day of massage, dress comfortably in soft clothing. Foot Massage takes place on a comfortable chair in the open area. Customer will be seated, and only socks and jackets are removed. Customers lie down facing up on the recliner sofa. Customer is first treated to a warm foot soaking while they receive a message on the head, arms and hands (10 minutes). Afterward, they relax to soothing music (you can sleep, lie flat) while their feet are massaged (40 minutes). Last 10 minutes, customers receive 10 minutes back, shoulder and leg massage facing down on the chair, getting the major benefits of body massage: relieving built up stress and improving their health. A very deep feeling of relaxation, followed by increased energy will be experienced, making you better equipped to deal with the stress and strain of life. Your feet will feel warm even the next day!
